    • I would like to buy a doll. Do you have anything currently in stock?
    As a rule, I do not have ready-made dolls available for immediate purchase. All my dolls are custom made to order. If I ever have finished dolls available without a waiting period, they will be listed directly in the SHOP section.

  • How can I order a doll?
    I open pre-orders about 1–2 times a year. If you would like to receive an email notification about the next pre-order window, you can subscribe to the newsletter on my website: https://ptichkadoll.com/
  • When is the next pre-order window?
    There is no fixed schedule. I always announce upcoming pre-orders on my social media page. If you don't see an announcement there, it means the date hasn't been set yet. To increase your chances of securing a doll, I highly recommend subscribing to my newsletter.

  • How do international customers pay for their orders?
    International orders are processed on an individual basis. Once your Order Form is approved, we will confirm the shipping details, and I will send a personalized secure payment link directly to your email address. Payments are accepted via international Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards through a secure payment processing service.
  • I filled out and submitted the form during the pre-order, but I haven't received a confirmation email. What should I do?
    • Confirmation emails are only sent to those whose applications successfully made it into the pre-order slot. I sincerely apologize, but due to limited production capacity, I cannot accept orders from everyone. I handle almost the entire process on my own. Please don't be discouraged if you missed out this time—there will always be another opportunity in the future!Tip: To make sure you don't miss my email, please double-check that you entered your email address correctly and check your Spam folder. I highly recommend using browser autofill to submit your form as quickly as possible, as slots usually fill up within minutes.
